We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is ready to lead a team, improve the way we work and help BIURO grow in Estonia.

As our Recruitment Team Lead, you will work closely with recruiters, support them in their daily work and make sure the team delivers strong results for our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.

What is needed in this role

  • Have experience in recruitment, staffing or a similar field.
  • Enjoy supporting and developing other people.
  • Can organise work and remain focused when priorities change.
  • Are comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility.
  • Communicate openly and work well with different personalities.
  • Like using data to understand what is working and what could be improved.
  • Speak and write Estonian confidently.
  • Can communicate in English; Russian or another language would be an advantage.
  • Feel comfortable using everyday digital and recruitment tools.

What you`ll be doing

  • Leading and supporting our recruitment team in Estonia.
  • Helping the team organise priorities and manage its daily workload.
  • Setting clear goals and following the team’s progress.
  • Developing recruitment and candidate-attraction strategies.
  • Supporting recruiters with more complex searches and challenging situations.
  • Coaching team members and helping them develop professionally.
  • Working closely with clients to understand what they need.
  • Looking at recruitment results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Improving recruitment processes together with colleagues from other departments.
  • Representing BIURO in meetings with clients and external partners.
