- Drive impactful ICT/IT projects and deployments across a truly global footprint of manufacturing, EMS, PTD and repair sites.

Qualifications for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading complex ICT/IT projects in global and cross-functional environments.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- Skilled in stakeholder management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and networks.
- Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English with experience working in international environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.

You will ensure that contracts for products and services are delivered to the satisfaction of both the Project Sponsor and Ericsson, driving clear scope definition, robust planning and disciplined execution. You will be an active participant in project governance, engaging closely with stakeholders and steering groups to secure successful outcomes.
