A well-established wholesale company serving the nonfood retail market is seeking a talented Key Account Manager to drive sales growth in Estonia. This role involves actively pursuing new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of existing clients. The Key Account Manager will work with high-quality brands and play a key role in introducing new brands to Estonia.

Location: Hybrid / Tartu Office
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00
We`re hoping from you
- Recent experience in key account management, category development, or retail sales is required, specifically within FMCG or non-food categories
- Knowledge of the Estonian market and client base
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet performance targets
- Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is an advantage
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Driver’s license (B category) and willingness to travel occasionally
- Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Office; experience with Directo ERP is a plus)
